Registered Nurse ( RN ) Staff Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee staff orientation and in-service training programs.

Ensure all required certifications and training are up-to-date for staff.

Assess staff training needs and create programs to address them.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Collaborate with department heads to ensure training needs align with facility goals.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in Delaware

Proven experience in staff development, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.

Knowledge of state and federal training requirements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create and deliver engaging training programs.

Previous experience in nursing home or senior care environment is a plus.
