The Heart Valve Clinic provides specialized evaluation, coordination, and management of patients with valvular heart disease. The clinic collaborates with cardiology and cardiothoracic teams to deliver timely, evidence-based care, support treatment planning, and enhance patient outcomes through coordinated, patient-centered services.
Description
Provide direct patient care including vital signs, histories, injections, and assisting with exams and procedures Support efficient patient flow and clinic operations Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and obtain insurance authorizations Perform waived laboratory testing and specimen handling Communicate test results and provider instructions to patients as directed Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment cleanliness Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) Follow safety, infection control, and organizational policies
Requirements
