Position Overview
The Registered Nurse assesses, manages, and provides patient-centered nursing care during hospitalization, coordinating planning with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops and evaluates individualized care plans based on patient data, physician orders, and evidence-based practices. Delivers and documents nursing interventions, administers medications, monitors patient progress, and provides education and discharge planning. Recognizes and addresses changes in patient condition, implements specialized care such as restraint and pain management, and reports risks or abuse. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members, ensuring confidentiality and service excellence.
