Manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, coordinating with physicians as needed.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
