Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab is seeking a compassionate, reliable Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our care team. Responsibilities include directing daily activities of CNAs, participating in admissions/discharges/transfers, assessing resident conditions, preparing and administering medications per physician orders, initiating/reviewing/updating care plans, reporting changes in resident condition, performing assigned duties from clinical or administrative leadership, and maintaining confidentiality of protected health information.
