About this role

We are looking for a great motivated nurse to work in a busy family practice clinic with a variety of ages. We are in need of a team player to join our fantastic team!

Nursing tasks – include but not limited to

  • Processing of patients, symptom assessment, vital signs, med reconciliation, update allergies, pharmacy, documentation
  • Phone nurse: provide medical advice as appropriate, evaluate and assess symptoms, triage, education re: lab, imaging, other results and recommendations. Complete through documentation of such events
  • Nurse visits: bp check, lab, medication administration, immunizations, completing tasks and documentation
  • Lab tasks, phlebotomy, POC testing, entering/changing lab orders
  • Clean and Sterilize equipment
  • Nursing skill tasks - IV initiation, monitoring and discontinuing, administration of medication and immunizations, dressings/wraps, EKG, ear lavage, assist with provider procedures
  • Patient education
  • Medication prior authorization
  • Medication refill screening and authorization of medications

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $54,000.00 per year
