We are looking for the best Registered Nurse (RNs) to provide exceptional care to our residents. Come join our amazing team of healthcare professionals! As a Registered Nurse (RN) you are responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include enhancing clinical care and quality of life of residents, preparing and administering medications, checking residents daily, administering professional services such as catheterization, tube feeding, suction, applying and changing dressings/bandages, colostomy and drainage bags, taking blood, sputum, and urine specimens, completing record keeping forms/charts, giving and receiving nursing reports, investigating complaints and grievances, and adhering to policies and standards.
