Key Responsibilities
Assess holistic health needs, develop nursing diagnoses, and implement individualized care plans. Perform nursing procedures, including medication administration and emergency care. Collaborate on or lead health teaching and supportive counseling. Provide clinical direction and guide healthcare personnel.
Ideal Candidate
Understands quality standards, procedures, and protocols. Has the ability to teach and oversee client care provided by assistive staff. Has the capacity to provide empathetic assistance to clients and carry out prescribed treatments. Is skilled in collecting objective data and recording information accurately. Minimum Qualification Requirements
Licensure as Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
