About this role
Manager of Oncology Nursing Practice - Oncology Nursing Society, Remote, Full-Time. Leads the Oncology Clinical Specialist team and aligns organizational clinical priorities with high-quality, evidence-based content and expertise. Builds relationships with cross-functional leaders, ONS members, customers, volunteers, and external stakeholders. Manages clinical budgets, provides clinical and nursing oversight for ONS products, serves as nurse planner for continuing education activities, and leads team performance and professional growth.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Master's degree in nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Oncology nursing certification
- Three to six years of related experience including demonstrated leadership experience in oncology clinical nursing
- Strong understanding of trends affecting cancer care and the nursing profession
- Ability to analyze and synthesize scientific and technical literature
