*Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse-LTC*

*Location: Hillsdale, MI 49242*

*Shift Times: 8 Hour Mids/Nights. 2p-10p. EOW, EOH Required*

*Contract Length: 13 weeks*

*Hourly pay Local: $42.00*

*Hourly pay Traveler: $45.00 (Blended)*

*Responsibilities*

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/rehabilitation setting.

Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN/physician.

Assist with ADLs, personal hygiene, and other patient-care needs.

Perform and document vital signs, assessments, and nursing care.

Maintain accurate patient records and follow care plans.

Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies.

Respond appropriately to emergencies and support a safe, comfortable environment.

Communicate professionally with residents, families, nurses, and other healthcare staff.

*Requirements*

  • Graduate of an approved *LPN program* with current LPN MI licensure.
  • *BLS from AHA required.*
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience required.

Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour Work Location: In person
