MICN, NRP, TNCC, and CEN Two supervisory references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years SSN and DOB required for consideration Clean, unrestricted license history required — prior license hits will not be considered A specialty-specific skills checklist completed within the past year is required Additional Information ICU experience is preferred due to potential floating needs RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days for this assignment
