Reporting to the Nursing Director, the Field RN has a critical leadership role overseeing the entire clinical services operation for LGA. This role combines clinical oversight, assessment and support with a commitment to regulatory compliance and standardized care across all LGA facilities. Through your leadership skills, you will deliver consistent, high-quality health services and ensure that clinical standards are met organization-wide by partnering with external healthcare providers and directly managing a team of internal nurses and non-clinical care team staff.
You will be responsible for…
Clinical Oversight of Patient Care: Provide oversight regarding all aspects of coordination of patient care delivery.
Prospective Client Reviews: Assess clinical care needs for prospective clients, including Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) review and participation in 30-minute meet & greets as needed.
