Home Infusion RN

DPS Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Infusion RN to join our growing team in Inland Empire, CA. In this role, you'll bring expert clinical care directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes, making a meaningful difference in their recovery and quality of life. This is a 1099 independent contractor position paid per visit.

Responsibilities include administering IV infusion therapies including antibiotics, TPN, chemotherapy disconnects, and specialty medications like IVIGs in the home setting, assessing and monitoring patient responses, inserting and managing peripheral IVs, PICCs, ports, and other central venous access devices, performing weekly labs, educating patients and caregivers, coordinating care with physicians and pharmacists, maintaining clinical documentation, and responding to patient calls and concerns.
