About this role
DaVita is seeking an RN to deliver dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). You'll provide on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting. Key responsibilities include providing dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites, monitoring patient vitals and assessing treatment response, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, educating patients and families on treatment and care plans, and maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Current RN license in the state of practice
ADN required; BSN preferred
ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus
CNN or CDN certification preferred
No prior dialysis experience required - comprehensive paid training provided
