About this role
The
Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care by applying nursing knowledge with compassion and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include
Assessing patient needs and conditions to provide appropriate care. Developing individualized nursing care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status. Administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive care. Reconciling medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as needed. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning. Carrying out additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred. Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; clinical specialty experience preferred. Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state; BLS certification.
