About this role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical unit, responsible for delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care to adult patients with diverse medical and post-surgical needs.
Key responsibilities include: comprehensive patient assessment, medication and IV administration, wound and post-operative care, telemetry monitoring, and safe discharge planning. Collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes. Utilize advanced EHR systems to accurately document care activities.
