Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct medical care and support to adult clients in our residential SUD treatment program. As an RN, you’ll be a key part of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for clinical assessments, detox protocols, medication management, and client education.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete nursing assessments upon admission and as needed
- Administer medications and monitor client responses
- Implement and monitor detoxification protocols
- Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments per protocol
- Provide health and medication education to clients
- Collaborate with medical providers during evaluations and medication management appointments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
- Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Licensure
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts *
Certifications
Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required *
Experience
One year of experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting preferred
- Preferred: Experience with detox protocols and co-occurring disorder treatment
