About this role
Opening for full-time RN Unit Manager in skilled nursing. Full-time, competitive pay, day shift overseeing nursing staff, clinical operations and quality resident care. Supervise nursing staff and manage unit operations. Develop, implement, and enforce employee policies and procedures. Mentor and support less experienced nurses. Establish and uphold standards of care. Review resident records and monitor quality of care. Conduct case reviews and ensure individualized care plans are followed. Address inquiries and concerns from residents and families. Ensure unit is adequately stocked with medical supplies. Advocate for unit's interests to upper management.

Requirements
- Valid RN License
- Valid RN License required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in a Unit Manager role (preferred)
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
