RN - Job to be performed in metro Atlanta area. Must be compassionate with children.
Duties:
Provide initial Assessment / Intake of new clients. Develop Care Plans. Taking verbal orders. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Regularly assesses the needs of clients receiving nursing services at their home. Medication Administration Teaching. Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records. Supervise CNA's, PCA's, and LPN's. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and follow-up instructions.
Skills:
Valid RN license in the state of Georgia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technology.
