Nurse Manager - Orthopedics

In this role, you will provide operational, clinical, and strategic leadership for a high-performing orthopedic service line, overseeing approximately 75-80 caregivers and partnering closely with an Assistant Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary leaders to drive excellence in patient outcomes, caregiver engagement, and operational performance. The Orthopedics Unit is a 28-bed acute care medical/surgical telemetry unit that provides care for adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. Our patient population includes patients recovering from complex total joint replacement surgeries, patients admitted with fractures and orthopedic trauma, and medical and surgical overflow patients.
