In this role, you'll bring expert clinical care directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes, making a meaningful difference in their recovery and quality of life. We keep documentation simple — just 2 pages, with no OASIS charting required — so your time and expertise stay focused on patient care rather than paperwork. Payroll runs biweekly via direct deposit.

Requirements
Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of California
Valid California driver's license
Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of California
Minimum 1 years of nursing experience; home infusion, IV therapy, or home health experience preferred
Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion and central line access (PICC, port, tunneled catheter)
Strong knowledge of infusion therapies, pharmacology, and infection control protocols
Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to patient homes
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills
CPR/BLS certification required; CRNI certification a plus
