Responsibilities
Perform nursing procedures and specialized functions within scope of licensure.
Administer medications as ordered.
Monitor and document patient health status.
Take and record vital signs.
Assist with patient assessments and care plans..
Level II
Valid permanent Oklahoma LPN license plus 1 year of practical nursing experience*, OR eNLC-recognized LPN license plus 1 year of practical nursing experience*.
Additional Requirements
Must complete the required 16-module ODOC online training* before starting the assignment. Must be willing and able to work any assigned shift or day of the week* as required by the Department of Corrections.
