We are urgently seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced acute-care hospital team in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with critical-care experience who is passionate about providing exceptional care to high-acuity patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity patients.
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to clinical changes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary clinical teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow patient safety and clinical standards.
Requirements
- 1+ year of recent acute-care ICU RN experience preferred
- Candidates with strong Emergency Department (ED) or acute-care surgical nursing experience may also be considered
- Active RN license permitting practice in Florida
- Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and patient-care skills
