Join Our Caring Clinical Team
Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team on a part-time basis. The LVN will provide quality nursing care to our residents while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Position Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Assist with care planning and communicate resident needs to the interdisciplinary team.
Support CNAs and other nursing staff in providing quality resident care.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
Follow all applicable state, federal, and facility regulations.
Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Qualifications
Current and active California LVN license.
Current CPR certification.
Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
Ability to provide professional and resident-centered care.
