Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse with a License in good standing to practice in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a professional nurse within the last 3 years; OR baccalaureate degree in nursing with minimum of 2 years experience, at least one of which is in public health, home care, or hospice nursing is preferred
- Management experience not required; may supervise hospice aides
- Criminal background check required
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills
- Physical requirements: prolonged walking or standing, able to lift position and transfer patients, considerable reaching stooping bending kneeling and/or crouching, visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
