We are currently seeking an experienced, confident RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our clinical team over the weekend shifts.

Job Summary

The RN Weekend Supervisor oversees day-to-day nursing operations during Saturday and Sunday shifts. Working in coordination with clinical leadership, you will provide hands-on clinical guidance, support floor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and guarantee the highest standard of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the weekend nursing staff (LVNs, CNAs) to ensure seamless facility operations.

Resident Care Management: Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and clinical assessments; respond promptly to emergencies or significant changes in condition.

Compliance & Quality: Monitor treatments, medication administration, and documentation to verify strict adherence to federal, state, and facility regulations.

Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for families, physicians, and staff during weekend shifts, fostering open communication and a positive facility culture.

Position Requirements

Licensure

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.

SNF

Experience
