About this role
Part and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience. Join a collaborative Pediatric Rheumatology team dedicated to providing ongoing care for children with chronic rheumatologic conditions.
Full-time RN position works four 10-hour shifts (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM) with no weekends or holidays required. Based at IU Health Administrative Offices, primarily supports outpatient clinics at Riley Outpatient Center with occasional coverage at IU North in Carmel. Responsibilities include partnering with providers to implement treatment plans, educating patients and families, coordinating follow-up care, managing medications, and conducting phone triage.
After orientation, RNs may work remotely one day per week. Pediatric experience preferred.

Requirements
- Minimum of one year of RN experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Outpatient experience
