Purpose of this position
The purpose of this position is to provide direct care to residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse. Must be committed to person-centered care by embracing and following the facilities and or company goal of person-centered care by demonstrating and being supportive of individual resident choice and controlled resident preferred routines in all aspects of daily living.

Completion of a nursing assistant certification program or proof of valid and current certification.
Long-term care experience desired.
Ability to read and write, speak and understand English.
