Something To Crow About Health Clinic is seeking a personable, patient-focused Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our growing hormone replacement therapy practice.

This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them feel better and improve their quality of life. Whether you’re looking to supplement your current practice or prefer a smaller weekly commitment, we’re open to a schedule that works for both you and our patients.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate patients seeking hormone therapy, including reviewing symptoms, medical history, treatment goals, and laboratory results.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing monitoring and follow-up.

• Educate patients about treatment options, expected benefits, risks, and alternatives.

• Perform hormone pellet insertion when appropriate, with training available.

• Collaborate with our clinical team to provide thoughtful, coordinated care.

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.

Who we’re looking for

• An APRN licensed to practice in Minnesota, with appropriate certification and prescribing authority.

• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to evidence-informed, individualized care.

• An approachable communication style and a genuine interest in listening to patients.

• Someone dependable, collaborative, and comfortable taking initiative.

• Experience in hormone therapy, menopause care, or related care is a plus. We are open to training to right candidate and position is supported by an experienced APRN owner.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
