- We are hiring Part time nurses in Oak Park and surrounding areas. We welcome energetic Registered Nurse's (RN's) to see patients in the home health setting. We are searching for caring, smart-phone, email/online charting capable nurses who embrace caring for our patients, strive to keep them happy, and get them healthy. _*Position: Part-time (12-15 visits/week)*_
_*Minimum of 2 days per week commitment*_
_*2 weekends per quarter*_
_*No holiday commitment*_
_*Must be able to come in office for orientation (1 day in office) and online training with nurse educators on Thursday the week of orientation.*_
*Pay Structure: *Aspire, as many home health agencies, pays on a per visit model that fluctuates depending on what type of visit is being performed, and how many visits you choose to do in a week.
*Location:* Generally, within a 20-30 mile radius of your home or the area you prefer to serve. Locations/ Zip Codes you serve are negotiable

Responsibilities

- Demonstrate working knowledge in Medicare and Medicaid regulations for home care
- Demonstrate understanding of organizational and nursing policies and procedures
- Sets appropriate priorities for managing patient caseload and schedules
- Consult with Administrator/Director of Nursing in meeting patient needs
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- Demonstrate ability to manage and direct patient care according to the patient care plan and update as needed
- Complete patient care documentation into patient EMR in a timely manner
- Demonstrates ability of working independently in various communities to make home visits
- Demonstrates ability of providing supervision to both LPN's and CNA's and documenting supervision per organizational and home care regulations
- Participation in in-service training and staff meetings

- Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Illinois
- Oasis experience
- Experience in home health care setting
- Valid CPR
- Must have a dependable, insured vehicle
- Current Illinois Driver's License in good standing and clean record
- Accessible to working Smart Phone
- Electronic Medical Records experience a plus
- Able to use a laptop, internet, email, scanner/fax machine
- Quality Driven, patient orientated, team player
Pay: $60.00 - $145.00 per hour
