Previous school nursing or school-based nursing experience is REQUIRED.
We are specifically looking for an RN or LPN with prior experience working in a school setting who understands the unique health and care needs of students.
Position Highlights

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and health support to students
- Assess and respond to student health needs
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Monitor students with chronic and acute health conditions
- Develop and maintain student health plans
- Communicate with parents/guardians, teachers, administrators, and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records
- Assist with health screenings and school health initiatives
- Provide health education and support to students and staff
- Complete nursing documentation and other remote responsibilities
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota RN or LPN license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Previous school nursing or school-based nursing experience — REQUIRED
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with school staff
- Comfortable working in both in-person and remote settings
