RN House Supervisor - Behavioral Health (Nights)

About the Opportunity PrimeTech Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading behavioral health hospital to hire an experienced RN House Supervisor. This is an outstanding leadership opportunity for a Registered Nurse with behavioral health experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while leading and supporting nursing operations. Responsibilities * Supervise nursing staff and hospital operations during assigned shifts. * Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure appropriate patient coverage. * Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff. * Assist with patient admissions, assessments, and direct patient care as needed. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and quality initiatives. * Conduct staff evaluations, performance coaching, and conflict resolution. * Support the Director of Nursing with payroll, staffing, and departmental operations. * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and promote a safe, patient-centered environment. Qualifications * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. * Associate Degree in Nursing or higher. * Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. * Behavioral Health or Psychiatric Nursing experience required. * Strong communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in an inpatient behavioral health or psychiatric hospital. * Charge Nurse, House Supervisor, or Nurse Manager experience. * Experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, or geriatric psychiatric patients. * CPR Certification. * Experience with Joint Commission (TJC) standards and regulatory compliance.
