This is more than another nursing shift.
We are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, build relationships with patients, contribute to a team, and become an integral part of a leading, growing aesthetic and wellness practice.
Previous aesthetic experience is preferred but not required for the right RN. Paid specialty training is provided.
Our ideal candidate is an avid learner and self-starter who is naturally warm and social, takes initiative without constantly being directed, enjoys learning new skills while working with people, and is genuinely interested in developing expertise in aesthetic medicine and skin health.
Your Clinical Development Pathway
This position follows a structured, competency-based training pathway.
What You’ll Do
As you progress through training, you will begin developing ownership of your patient panel and treatment schedule.
Responsibilities include
- Perform approved aesthetic laser and skin treatments safely and according to established clinical protocols
- Review patient medical histories and identify treatment contraindications
- Educate patients regarding procedures, expectations, treatment series, aftercare, and long-term skin health
- Complete accurate and timely documentation, consents, and standardized clinical photography
- Make appropriate treatment and medical-grade skincare recommendations within your training and scope
- Rebook your patients and encourage completion of recommended treatment plans
- Follow up with patients throughout their treatment journey
- Monitor your schedule and proactively identify opportunities for appropriate follow-up and rebooking
- Build long-term patient relationships and develop a loyal patient following
- Recognize clinical concerns requiring escalation to the appropriate medical provider
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, supplies, and safety standards
- Participate in ongoing clinical education, skills development, and competency training
- Support teammates and overall patient flow when needed

Job Type: Part-Time | Work Location: In Person
2 to 3 shifts weekly required | 1-2 Saturdays
Pay Range: Based on training status, competency, and experience
- Supplemental Pay: Performance incentives + eligible skincare/retail commission
Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
