Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Registered Nurse (RN)* for a full-time night shift opportunity in Nashville, TN. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing protocols.
- Administer medications and monitor patient response and potential side effects.
- Assess and evaluate patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
- Perform BLS, CPR, and participate in emergency response situations.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and infection control practices.

Qualifications

- Active *Tennessee RN license* or *Compact (NLC) RN license*.
- Minimum *1 year of RN experience*
- Minimum *1 year experience in Psychiatric care*
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school.
- *Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.*
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Valid driver’s license if required by the facility.
