Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift opportunity in Nashville, TN. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing protocols.
Administer medications and monitor patient response and potential side effects.
Assess and evaluate patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
Perform BLS, CPR, and participate in emergency response situations.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and infection control practices.

Qualifications

Active Tennessee RN license or Compact (NLC) RN license*. Minimum 1 year of RN experience* Minimum 1 year experience in Psychiatric care*
