Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Registered Nurse (RN)* for a full-time night shift opportunity in Nashville, TN. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

*

• Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing protocols.
• Administer medications and monitor patient response and potential side effects.
• Assess and evaluate patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
• Perform BLS, CPR, and participate in emergency response situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and infection control practices.

Qualifications

*

• Active *Tennessee RN license* or *Compact (NLC) RN license*.
• Minimum *1 year of RN experience*
• Minimum *1 year experience in Psychiatric care*
• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school.
• *Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.*
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Valid driver’s license if required by the facility.
