About this role

The Health and Wellness Director (LPN/LVN or RN) is an integral member of the management team and works closely with the Executive Director to ensure the health and wellness of residents, performing initial and ongoing assessments and observation of residents' physical and psycho-social needs, while coordinating with other departments to assure the highest quality of care. Responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of the community while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, as well as company policies.
