As the Director of Clinical Services, you will oversee the delivery of quality resident care while supporting and developing the nursing team. - Lead and develop a talented nursing team
- Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team
- Shape nursing operations, staffing, education, and resident care
- Mentor and develop future nursing leaders
- Create a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and retention
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, regulators, and community partners
- Drive quality improvement and ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards
What You’ll Lead
As Director of Nursing, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Services Department , ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
You’ll be responsible for
- Leading, coaching, and developing the nursing team
- Establishing priorities, assignments, and departmental expectations
- Monitoring resident care, documentation, medication administration, and care plans
- Conducting regular rounds and participating in resident assessments and care
- Managing admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Overseeing staffing, recruitment, orientation, training, and staff education
- Supporting QAPI, infection control, MDS, care planning, safety, and other nursing programs
- Managing department resources, supplies, and budgets
- Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
- Promoting employee engagement, retention, accountability, and a positive workplace culture

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience
- experience in a long-term care setting
