About this role
Registered Nurse position at Wellpath providing patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Working under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s) to provide patient education and activities. Key responsibilities include assessing and planning individual treatment programs, administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, assisting with medical or minor surgical procedures, counting controlled substances, documenting nursing encounters using SOAP charting, and communicating information to nursing staff and physicians. Caring for overlooked, underserved, and vulnerable patients in a mission-driven organization.
