Position: Part-time Licensed Speech Therapist (Daytime, In-Clinic)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team for daytime, in-clinic services. The ideal professional will have a strong commitment to working with children and possess a deep understanding of speech and language disorders. Our Mission

Infinity ABA Therapy & Autism Services, LLC provides ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays. We utilize only evidence-based practices and techniques consistent with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to create positive social change for families affected by autism, ADHD, or other behavioral and social challenges. Infinity ABA Therapy is a collaborative company striving to include speech therapy to better meet the needs of the children we serve and maximize positive, meaningful, outcomes.

Our goal is to reduce challenging behaviors that may hinder a child’s ability to achieve independence, form rewarding relationships, or be part of the community. We focus on building the skills integral to development necessary for lifelong positive change for families and the autism community.

Key

Requirements

  • Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Monitor and document patient progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBA/BCaBA, behavior technicians, and other service providers.
  • Provide direct in-person therapy services.
  • Develop and submit progress reports, discharge summaries, and treatment plan updates.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Availability/Location

  • Monday to Friday between the hours 9:00 am and 5:00 pm
  • Expected hours: 10-15 daytime hours per week; You make your own schedule!
  • Location of Services: On-site in Fairfax, Virginia

Minimum

Qualifications

  • Licensed Speech Therapist in Virginia
  • 1–3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with children with developmental delays
  • Compassionate, positive energy, and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and a goal-oriented approach to all situations
  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills

Compensation and

Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: Starting at $50/hr as W-2 or starting at $60/hr as contractor, commensurate with work experience
  • Paid time off
  • Flexible Schedule - Choose your own hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Contractor or Part-Time Employee positions available

License/

Certification

  • VA Speech Language Pathology License (Required)
