Wellsville Manor Care Center, a 120-bed short-term sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care facility, has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate RN Nurse Manager to join our team! As the RN Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 40-bed unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement patient care plans, assessments, and case management
Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and families to promote patient health and well-being
Supervise and develop staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and supplies inventory
Identify and address patient service requirements, and maintain a safe and clean working environment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance
Manage budget and expenses while achieving financial objectives
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and evidence-based guidelines
