*Responsibilities*

- Administer infusion therapy and monitor patient responses during and after treatment
- Perform IV insertions and Port Accesses with precision and confidence in a variety of patient care settings
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Travel to patient homes across Northeastern Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to all clinical and safety protocols and standards
*Qualifications*
*Required:*
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in *Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania*
- Minimum *2 years of Nursing experience in *Critical Care and/or Emergency Room (ER) settings.
- Strong IV insertion and infusion therapy skills
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage a flexible schedule
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
*Preferred:*
- Prior home infusion or mobile nursing experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
