About this role
Here at Spirit Hospice of Georgia, we’re your neighbors. Spirit is a locally owned hospice company built on trust, compassion, and an unshakable belief that both our patients and our employees deserve to be deeply cared for.
We know the work of a nurse in hospice is intricate and skillful, and we treat it that way. Our LPN's are part of an on-call team where their voice matters, their well-being is a priority, and their work truly changes lives. If you've got a heart for service, a steady hand, and a deep sense of purpose, we invite you to become a part of us too.
Description
Hospice is a 24/7 service, and so are we. We know our patients don’t stop needing care when the workday ends, which is why we’re looking for an on-call LPN who can step in on the weekends when patients and families need an extra hand. Working alongside our RN Case Managers and on-call team, you’ll provide compassionate, skilled hospice care during those moments when a visit is truly needed.
