Take control of your schedule, your clients, and your income with high-end private duty care. Pay: Starting at $60/hour (Negotiable per case). Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099), Flexible / PRN. Location: In-Home (Client-Specific). Pay Frequency: Weekly. Concierge Nursing Referral Services (a specialized branch of TheKey) connects top-tier Registered Nurses and LPNs with VIP clients who require high-end, personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their homes. Benefits: Top-Tier Pay ($60+/hr paid weekly), 100% Schedule Control, True 1:1 Care, Variety of Opportunities (8-12 hour shifts, 2-hour visits, per-diem gigs, long-term cases). Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, doctor-prescribed treatments), coordinate client needs (medical supplies, DME, transport), maintain documentation and communication, empower patients and families through health education and training.

Requirements

Active RN License in good standing
2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred)
Active CPR / BLS Certification
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Basic computer skills and digital documentation tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
