What We're Looking For: License: RN (Registered Nurse) with active(state) license.
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in home health or case management preferred.
Skills
Strong critical thinking, communication, time management, and the ability to work independently. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using EHR systems (experience with Kantime, Axxess, HCHB, or WellSky is a plus). Reliable Transportation: Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
