We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Vivo Healthcare Harbourwood, a leading provider of post-acute and rehabilitation care in Clearwater, FL. As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect patient care to a diverse population of patients, including long-term care, rehabilitation, and post-acute care patients
Supervise and manage a team of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans to ensure comprehensive and individualized care for patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review process to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, staff performance, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year of experience in a unit management role
