About this role
Registered Nurse to review referrals for admission to building. The RN would review records and ensure referral is acceptable for our building as well as ensure benefits are current for new admissions. Assist in all paperwork for a new admit, to include admission assessment. Communicate with DON and MD regarding needs of new admit. Gather and send in documentation for review dates of skilled residents. Assist with MDS nurse for planned discharges of skilled residents to ensure all DME, scripts and home health are arranged. Assist with floor duties as needed. On-Call rotation averaging 1 day per week.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour
