Equity Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time opportunity in Leominster, MA .

Schedule

3 days per week | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

The Registered Nurse will provide independent, hands-on nursing care while ensuring patients receive timely evaluation, education, and coordination of care. This position requires a confident RN who can work independently, think critically, and recognize when additional clinical guidance is needed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide independent nursing care and patient assessments.

Perform nurse triage and evaluate patient needs.

Administer medications as ordered.

Perform catheter changes for urology patients.

Conduct blood pressure monitoring.

Complete wound assessments and provide appropriate nursing care.

Educate patients regarding their care and treatment plans.

Coordinate care to support positive patient outcomes.

Document patient care accurately and promptly.

Use sound clinical judgment and escalate questions or concerns when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

Active Massachusetts RN license

Current BLS certification

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on nursing experience

Strong clinical background; Med-Surg or similar experience preferred

Ability to work independently and confidently perform nursing duties

Strong critical-thinking and clinical decision-making skills
