About this role
Wilson Health is looking for a direct hire Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU / Same Day Surgery (SDS) / Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) for our location in Sidney, Ohio (North Dayton, Ohio) area. The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for pre-operative and post-operative patients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. In this role, you will monitor patient conditions, administer treatments and medications, provide patient and family education, coordinate care transitions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver outstanding perioperative care.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
Critical Care experience or a minimum of five (5) years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
BSN or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
Previous PACU, SDS, PAT, Critical Care, Emergency Department, or Surgical Services experience preferred
