Responsibilities

Maintain accurate documentation of resident assessments and individualized care plans; Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while coordinating with the pharmacy for refills; Work alongside physicians, therapists, and families to ensure high-quality, holistic care; Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to maintain nursing excellence on your unit; Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.

Qualifications
