Position Summary

The Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional care team. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting and guiding nursing staff to ensure excellence in clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee and manage daily nursing operations.

Ensure all nursing staff adhere to facility policies, procedures, and professional standards of care.

Participate in facility inspections and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

Address and resolve personnel issues or grievances within the nursing department.

Support a culture of teamwork, respect, and compassionate care.

Minimum Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
