Join Our Home Healthcare Team!
We are urgently seeking compassionate and reliable Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. Home healthcare experience is preferred but not required—we welcome motivated nurses who are eager to make a difference.
We currently have hourly skilled positions available! $35- $37 per hour
We are currently looking for LPNs to complete Supervisory visits (PRN)
Supervisory visit $45 - $55
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Medication Management
Wound care
Bowel and Bladder
Complete supervisory visits as required
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional care environment
Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia
Current BLS certification
Current TB Skin Test (or ability to obtain one)
Strong communication and patient care skills
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to patient homes
